Systems Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to support and strengthen core enterprise infrastructure in Orchard Park, New York. This role is central to maintaining reliable, secure, and high-performing systems that enable daily operations across a multi-site environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical judgment, a proactive approach to system health, and the ability to resolve complex infrastructure issues while contributing to long-term technology improvements.

• 5+ years of experience administering enterprise infrastructure in a systems administration or similar role.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Active Directory, Windows Server, and Windows-based enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and working with physical and virtual server platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Enterprise, Office 365 administration, and Azure-based management tools and services.
• Familiarity with identity and access technologies, including Entra ID, group policy, and user environment management.
• Experience working with enterprise hardware and infrastructure platforms, including Dell Technologies solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud and hybrid infrastructure administration, preferably including Microsoft Azure.
• Ability to diagnose complex technical issues, manage priorities independently, and communicate effectively with technical teams.
