About who needs care: This would be helping both parents. They need basic housekeeping help, possibly referral for yard work as well. About the care needs: They should have a good sense of humor, enjoy chatting for awhile, but be efficient with time. Someone who feels more like a friend helping out than just a distant caregiver who doesn't really care. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
