Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About me-I'm about to have rotator cuff/labral surgery. The surgury date hasn't been set yet. So, with that being said I will need just a tinch of help for the first few wks. IRL I'm totally capable and way healthy/physically fit... just an annoying temp setback. Eh. Thanks a ton as soon as I know the date I'll update the date. What I "might" need: transportation to ortho the first few weeks I'd try and schedule that time to be a all-in-one one day thing. meal/snack prep (stuff that includes cutting) and light housekeeping aka vacuuming
