Companion Care Needed

I need senior care providers with experience. Our care concerns are for fall riak prevention during overnight hours as my father is sleep. If he wakes up and needs changed then helping him do this is essential.. He sleeps majority of the night with maybe a couple times waking up to change his depends and chuck pads. He is now a fall risk doing this so we need someone there to monitor him overnight for safety. This is for an overnight shift. The time would be at least 3 days a week from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m.
