Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Light Housekeeping, Help Staying Physically Active, Companionship, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Please be willing to do light housekeeping. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. We might ask you to run errands now and then. We ask that you handle transportation as needed. My mom 76 years old and is showing signs of dementia. She lives independently but could use help getting to appointments, grocery store or bank. She can drive but I prefer she doesnt. She needs company and maybe someone to walk with her, take her to the library, etc. She is very sweet.
