Babysitter Needed for my Children

We're looking for a warm, reliable, and engaging caregiver for our almost 3-year-old daughter on an as-needed basis. I travel for work every other month (sometimes monthly), and we're looking for someone to help while my husband works from home. Responsibilities include keeping our daughter entertained with age-appropriate activities, preparing simple meals and snacks, and light cleanup related to her. We'd love someone who enjoys reading, playing outside, crafts, and interactive play.
