Babysitter Needed

Hello! We have a 12-month-old who we are placing with a nanny (full time, at least for next two years) for the first time due to asthma making the viral infections from daycare too much to handle. We are on the very upper east side/east Harlem area, we have a dog who is very old but likes to just nap around, and we have 5 front steps that need to be navigated with a stroller. We are looking for 40-45 hrs a week, M-F 9-6 p.m. or so. If all of that is fine we would to know your rates to make sure we are in budget and then to talk further! Thanks so much! Some light tidying up would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities.
