Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

• Provide critical care to patients in the Coronary Care Unit with attention to detail.
\n
• Manage a patient ratio of 1:2, ensuring personalized and attentive care.
\n
• Utilize advanced equipment like balloon pumps, CRRT, and support hypothermia treatment.
\n
• Conduct procedures including central lines, medication drips, and cardioversion.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation using the Meditech EMR system.
\n
• Collaborate efficiently with the interdisciplinary team to support patient outcomes.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital ICU experience required.
\n
• Valid BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications are mandatory.
\n
• Experience with Meditech system is preferred.
\n
• Previous travel nursing experience in large ICU facilities is a plus.
\n
• Strong organizational skills with a positive and driven attitude.
\n
• Engagement and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
\n
