Description\n

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position in a rural Nebraska community hospital setting, requiring a Nebraska or Compact RN license and at least 1 year of experience.

• Work in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit within a rural community hospital setting
\n
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
\n
• 13-week contract assignment
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Active NE or Compact RN license currently in hand
\n
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
\n
• Required certifications: BLS, PALS, NRP, and NIHSS Stroke Scale
\n
• ACLS preferred
\n
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
\n
• Valid Driver's License required
\n
• TNCC certification required within the first two years of employment
\n

Additional Information\n

• Rural healthcare experience preferred
\n
• Electronic Health Records (EHR) experience preferred
\n
• All time off and scheduling requests must be disclosed at the time of initial consideration
\n
• 2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
\n
