\n 2 positions available
\n $20,000 Sign-On Bonus with a two-year commitment
\n Night Shift Differential: $4.00/hour
\n Weekend Differential: $3.25/hour
\n Requirements
\n Minimum of 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical RN experience preferred
\n Current RN license required
\n Current AHA BLS certification required
\n Acute care hospital experience required
\n Float Pool experience preferred
\n Ideal Candidate
\n Experienced Medical-Surgical RN comfortable floating between multiple inpatient units
\n Strong assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
\n Flexible, adaptable, and confident working in a variety of clinical settings
\n Excellent communication and teamwork skills
\n Committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care
