Description\n

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position at a 25-bed unit, requiring a KY or compact RN license and at least 2 years of Med/Surg Tele experience.

Details\n

\n
• 25-bed Med/Surg Tele inpatient unit
\n
• Patient population includes Inpatient, Observation, and Swing Bed patients
\n
• Patient ratio of 1:6
\n
• Night shift schedule: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM (3x12-hour shifts)
\n
• Every other weekend required
\n
• No on-call or floating to other units required
\n
• CPSI EMR experience preferred but not required
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Active KY RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
\n
• Current certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS, and PALS
\n
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Tele experience required (3 years preferred)
\n
• Experience with Inpatient, Observation, and Swing Bed patient populations
\n
• Two professional references required for consideration
\n
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
\n
