American Traveler is hiring a Pediatric Cardiac Sonographer / Echo Technologist with pediatric echocardiography experience for a 13-week travel assignment in a hospital setting.
Details\n- \n
- Hospital-based Echo/Cardiac Sonography unit focused on pediatric patients \n
- Performs echocardiograms, fetal echocardiograms, and other diagnostic cardiac studies \n
- Pediatric echocardiography is a core focus of this role \n
- Fetal echo experience is highly preferred \n
- Day shift, 5x7.5-hour shifts from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM \n
- 37.5 hours per week \n
- Charts using Epic EMR \n
- Local candidates are accepted at the same rate \n

- Minimum of 1 year of cardiac sonography experience required \n
- Pediatric echocardiography experience required \n
- Current BLS certification required \n
- ARDMS RDCS (FE) or CCI RCCS certification preferred \n
- Active NJ or Compact license required if applicable \n
- Proficiency in pediatric echocardiograms is required \n
- Must be able to work independently \n
- SSN and DOB required for consideration \n
- Two current professional references required for consideration \n
- Copies of certifications required for consideration \n

- Responsibilities include performing echocardiograms, fetal echocardiograms, and other diagnostic cardiac studies \n
- Black scrubs required \n
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply \n
- Former RWJBH system employees (full-time or PRN) must have been separated from the health system for a minimum of 1 year before being eligible for a travel assignment \n
