Position: Medical Claims Specialist

Compensation: $18 - $20 /hour, depending on experience

\n

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Medical Claims Specialist to join their team!

\n

This is a great contract opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working through complex processes and improving accuracy. You’ll support testing efforts for a new QNXT system, helping ensure member benefits, provider contract processing, and workflow procedures operate correctly. This role offers a strong chance to make an impact on an important transition project.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

\n

• Review claims-related processes for accuracy.
\n
• Support testing in the QNXT system.
\n
• Verify member benefits are processed correctly.
\n
• Check provider contract handling for accuracy.
\n
• Identify issues and report process gaps.
\n
• Switch between tasks quickly and efficiently.
\n
• Maintain detailed documentation during testing.
\n

Required Qualifications & Experience:

\n

\n
• Claims experience or a medical background.
\n
• Testing experience in a medical setting preferred.
\n
• Strong computer skills.
\n
• High attention to detail.
\n
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
\n
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment.
\n

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

\n
• Experience with QNXT.
\n
• Prior benefits processing knowledge.
\n
• Exposure to provider contract workflows.
\n
• Background in healthcare operations.
\n
