• Salary: $83,000–$130,000/year
\n
• 🎉 Up to $50,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid over 24 months for qualified CVOR candidates)

📅 Schedule: Full-Time | Days (Mon–Fri) | Open Heart Call Required

✅ Requirements:

\n

\n
• Active RN License
\n
• 3+ years of Operating Room experience
\n
• Open Heart/CVOR experience required
\n
• BSN preferred (or commitment to obtain within 3 years)
\n

\n

Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Provide circulating nursing care for complex cardiovascular/open-heart surgeries
\n
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and the multidisciplinary OR team
\n
• Ensure patient safety, maintain sterile technique, and deliver exceptional perioperative care
\n
• Participate in the Open Heart on-call rotation
\n
