\n Competitive compensation
\n On-call rotation for nights, weekends, and holidays may be required

\n $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

\n Requirements
\n Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare-related field required
\n Graduate of an accredited Surgical First Assistant program
\n One of the following credentials required:
\n Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant (CRNFA)
\n Physician Assistant (NCCPA)
\n Nurse Practitioner (NCCNP) with surgical certification
\n Minimum of 2 years of recent surgical experience required
\n Scrub experience preferred
\n Ideal Candidate
\n Strong knowledge of surgical anatomy, instrumentation, and aseptic technique
\n Excellent clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
\n Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
\n Experience assisting with robotic, laparoscopic, and minimally invasive procedures preferred
\n Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced operating room
\n Excellent communication and teamwork skills
\n Department Information
\n Surgical Services
\n Assists surgeons throughout the perioperative process in a busy surgical services department
\n Performs first assistant duties including exposure, hemostasis, tissue handling, wound closure, and surgical support
\n Participates in preoperative planning, intraoperative patient care, and postoperative recovery activities
\n Collaborates closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, registered nurses, and surgical technologists
