Job Title: Travel ICU/CCU Registered Nurse (RN)

\n

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and independent Critical Care Nurse for a contract position at Harbor Regional Health Community Hospital in Aberdeen, WA. In this role, you will provide high-acuity care to patients in our ICU/CCU, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

\n

Requirements:

\n

\n
• Experience: Previous critical care experience in a hospital setting.
\n
• Certifications: Active BLS and ACLS (AHA).
\n
• Licensure: Active state or Compact RN license. (Compact license holders must provide suicide training verification and Nursys e-Notify data).
\n
• Clinical Skills: Proficiency in hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, IV protocols, and interpreting complex electronic displays.
\n

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Respond to emergent life-saving situations per facility protocol.
\n
• Monitor and adjust specialized life-support equipment, responding immediately to adverse symptomatology.
\n
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
\n
• Provide comprehensive patient and family education regarding injury/illness management and rehabilitation.
