\n Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-Hour Night Shift)
\n Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
\n Pay: $70–$75/hour ($2,520–$2,700/week)
\n Overtime: Daily OT after 24 hours and Weekly OT after 40 hours (per facility policy)

\n Responsibilities
\n Perform diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care procedures for patients of all ages.
\n Evaluate, treat, monitor, and reassess patients according to physician orders.
\n Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, ventilator management, airway care, and other respiratory interventions.
\n Assist physicians and nursing staff in selecting and implementing respiratory therapies.
\n Respond to Code Blue and Rapid Response Team activations.
\n Educate patients and families regarding respiratory treatments and disease management.
\n Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
\n Assist with equipment management, inventory control, staff orientation, and departmental quality improvement initiatives.
\n Requirements
\n Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program (CAAHEP)
\n Active Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist License (license may be pending at the time of submission)
\n Current NRP Certification (required at the time of submission)
\n Previous travel healthcare experience required
\n Previous Respiratory Therapy experience strongly preferred
\n Previous acute care patient care experience preferred
\n Ability to care for neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
\n HWL Coversheet required with submission
