Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to labor and delivery patients, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols.
  • \n
  • Monitor fetal developments using fetal monitoring equipment and document patient records accurately in CPN.
  • \n
  • Coordinate and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including lactation consultants and unit secretaries.
  • \n
  • Utilize and manage equipment, such as Alaris IV pumps and fetal monitoring systems, effectively.
  • \n
  • Perform procedures including assisting in labor and C-Section under established guidelines.
  • \n
  • Ensure compliance with all patient safety and care standards, hospital policies, and regulations.
  • \n
Qualifications\n
    \n
  • Current RN license in good standing.
  • \n
  • NRP, BLS, ACLS, and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certifications required.
  • \n
  • Proven experience in labor and delivery settings.
  • \n
  • Strong skills in fetal monitoring and patient care documentation.
  • \n
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule of 12-hour shifts, 6:30-6:30.
  • \n
  • Proficiency with CPN documentation systems.
  • \n
