Job Summary\nCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to labor and delivery patients, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols. \n
- Monitor fetal developments using fetal monitoring equipment and document patient records accurately in CPN. \n
- Coordinate and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including lactation consultants and unit secretaries. \n
- Utilize and manage equipment, such as Alaris IV pumps and fetal monitoring systems, effectively. \n
- Perform procedures including assisting in labor and C-Section under established guidelines. \n
- Ensure compliance with all patient safety and care standards, hospital policies, and regulations. \n

- Current RN license in good standing. \n
- NRP, BLS, ACLS, and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certifications required. \n
- Proven experience in labor and delivery settings. \n
- Strong skills in fetal monitoring and patient care documentation. \n
- Ability to work a flexible schedule of 12-hour shifts, 6:30-6:30. \n
- Proficiency with CPN documentation systems. \n
