My client is the world's largest virtual clinic for women and families on a mission to make healthcare work for all of us. More than 2,000 employers and health plans trust thier end-to-end platform to improve clinical outcomes, reduce healthcare costs, and provide equity in benefits programs.

\n

\n

Recognized for innovation and industry leadership, Maven has been named to the Time 100 Most Influential Companies, CNBC Disruptor 50, Fast Company Most Innovative Companies, and FORTUNE Best Places to Work.

\n

\n

What we're looking for:

\n

\n

We need someone with 10+ years of product management experience who has elite AI product build experience and a track record of shipping consumer-facing products at high velocity. You should be comfortable operating as a hands-on IC at a senior staff level, driving strategy and execution without direct reports, and have demonstrated ability to build AI-powered experiences that meaningfully improve user engagement and retention. Healthcare experience is not required — in fact, a background outside of health tech is preferred.

\n

\n

What you'll do:

\n
    \n
  • Own the core member experience surfaces — homepage, conversational AI, and community — defining how AI transforms healthcare delivery for millions of members
  • \n
\n

\n
    \n
  • Build and run a high-velocity experimentation engine: form hypotheses, ship tests, read results honestly, and compound learnings week over week
  • \n
\n

\n
    \n
  • Define the metrics that matter, instrument them, and use them to drive decisions from first visit through activation and retention
  • \n
\n

\n
    \n
  • Partner closely with the AI Platform team and Engineering to stand up new AI-powered features, processes, and implementations that improve the member experience
  • \n
\n

\n
    \n
  • Bring a strong point of view on how AI changes what we build for members and how fast we build it — and put it to work in your own workflow daily
  • \n
\n

\n
    \n
  • Go deep on engagement data: where members activate, where they drop off, and where the experience is or isn't working
  • \n
\n

\n
    \n
  • Build close partnerships with Clinical Product and cross-functional teams to ensure the experience serves members effectively across every program
  • \n
\n

\n

Requirements:

\n
    \n
  • 10+ years in product management building consumer- facing products
  • \n
  • Has shipped consumer- facing AI/LLM- powered products to production (not prototypes/demos)
  • \n
  • Currently a hands- on IC — has NOT been a people- manager for more than ~1 year
  • \n
  • Uses AI tools in their own day- to- day PM workflow (agentic workflows, automating PM/GM tasks)
  • \n
  • Experience building conversational AI products (ideal — the product itself is conversational AI)
  • \n
  • Mix of high- growth startup + big- tech experience, is ideal.
  • \n
  • Hands- on daily use of AI tools in PM workflow (not just Copilot)
  • \n
  • Able to work Quarterly on sites in SF, NYC, or Seattle; no visa sponsorship
  • \n
\n

\n

Why candidates should join

\n

\n
    \n
  • Shape the AI-powered future of women's and family healthcare. You'll own the core member experience surfaces — homepage, conversational AI, and community — at the world's largest virtual clinic for women and families. This isn't incremental work; it's defining how AI transforms healthcare delivery for millions of members.
  • \n
\n

\n
    \n
  • Report directly to the SVP of Product. You'll have a direct line to senior leadership with real decision-making authority over high-impact surfaces. No layers of bureaucracy between you and strategic influence.
  • \n
\n

\n
    \n
  • Well-funded, high-growth company with serious momentum. Maven raised a $125M Series F in 2024, has 2,300+ enterprise clients, and has been named to TIME 100 Most Influential Companies, CNBC Disruptor 50, and Fortune Best Places to Work. The company is scaling fast with strong financial backing from Sequoia, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors.
  • \n
\n

\n
    \n
  • High-velocity experimentation culture. This role is built for builders who'd rather ship and learn than polish decks. You'll run a rapid experimentation engine — forming hypotheses, shipping tests, reading results honestly, and compounding learnings week over week.
  • \n
\n

\n
    \n
  • Competitive comp with flexibility. Base salary range of $245K–$340K plus equity. The role is open to remote candidates across the US with a preference for SF, Seattle, or NYC — giving you real location flexibility.
  • \n
\n

\n
    \n
  • Mission that resonates. Maven is making healthcare work for women and families — a deeply personal problem space that attracts passionate, talented teams. You'll work alongside clinical experts and AI engineers solving problems that genuinely matter.
  • \n
\n

\n
    \n
  • Strong benefits package. 16 weeks fully paid parental leave, 401K matching with immediate vesting, professional development stipend, and access to Maven's own platform for your family's healthcare needs.
