\n Pay: $65/hour ($2,600/week)
\n Overtime: $75/hour after 40 hours

\n Supervise and coordinate daily nursing unit operations.
\n Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

\n Coordinate admissions, discharges, staffing, and patient assignments.
\n Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and facility leadership.
\n Assist with quality improvement initiatives, staff education, and performance management.
\n Maintain accurate clinical documentation and administrative records.
\n Promote a safe, positive, and patient-centered care environment.
\n Requirements
\n Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
\n Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience
\n Previous Unit Manager, Charge Nurse, or Nurse Leadership experience preferred
\n Current BLS Certification
\n Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation, or Acute Care leadership experience preferred
\n Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
\n Previous travel nursing experience preferred
