PT Outpatient - Pelvic Health Physical Therapist

Critical Access Hospital

\n This position would be seeing all pelvic floor patients, male and females

\n

Open to 13-26 Week contracts!

\n

Shift: M-F 8:30-5
\n Years of experience REQ: Minimum 1 year experience required
\n First-timers accepted: Yes
\n Weekend REQ: None
\n Certs REQ: BLS and IL state PT license required.

\n

RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.

\n
