\n Sign-On Bonus:
\n $10,000 – RNs with 1–4 years of experience (2-year commitment)
\n $25,000 – RNs with 5+ years of experience (2-year commitment)
\n Requirements
\n Minimum of 1 year of recent CVOR experience required
\n Current RN license required
\n Current AHA BLS certification required
\n Cardiovascular Operating Room experience required
\n Ideal Candidate
\n Experienced CVOR Registered Nurse with strong perioperative skills
\n Proficient in cardiovascular surgical procedures and sterile technique
\n Excellent critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
\n Comfortable working in a fast-paced surgical environment
\n Dedicated to providing exceptional patient care throughout the perioperative process
\n Adaptable and dependable with a strong commitment to quality and patient safety
