As a Senior Counsel within PNC's Corporate Governance organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Philadelphia, PA, Birmingham, AL, Washington D.C. or Cleveland, OH.\n

\nWe are looking for a candidate with extensive experience practicing in the area of trusts and estates in a law firm or fiduciary practice, counseling high net-worth individuals, advising fiduciaries and handling sophisticated trust, estate and tax matters. The candidate should have experience drafting and/or reviewing complex estate planning documents, nonjudicial agreements and probate and trust probate court filings, as well as preparing and reviewing fiduciary accountings. Strong research and drafting skills are required, and the candidate should have familiarity with federal transfer.\n\nPNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance.   • Performs significant and complex legal work while regularly interacting with management. Oversees legal research, analysis, consultation, and documentation within a framework of legal compliance and risk management.
