Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

• Assess, plan, and implement patient-specific treatment programs in an acute care setting.
\n
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care effectively.
\n
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using the Epic charting system.
\n
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and treatment plans.
\n
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and professional standards.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Valid Virginia state license required; temporary VA licenses accepted with a valid state license.
\n
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a physical therapy role, preferably in an acute care setting.
\n
• Candidates with prior community hospital experience preferred.
\n
• Required EPIC charting experience.
\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
\n
• Two professional references required; BSN is preferred but not mandatory.
\n
