Description

\n As an ER Nurse, you will coordinate and implement individualized care plans for patients. Your responsibilities include assessing patient needs, collaborating with healthcare teams, and providing critical support during emergencies. This role requires strong prioritization and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment. You will engage in patient education, ensure compliance with health standards, and maintain effective communication with staff and families to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements\n

\n
• Current and active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact license.
\n
• Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification (or be obtained within one (1) year of hire).
\n
• Current STABLE certification (or be obtained within one (1) year of hire).
\n
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (or be obtained within six (6) months of hire).
\n
• Current Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification (or be obtained within one (1) year of hire).
\n
• Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (or be obtained within one (1) year of hire).
\n
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or be obtained within ninety (90) days of hire).
