  • Role involves working dayshift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

  • On-call required with rotating weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

  • Must have a valid nursing license (Nursys verification).
    • \n
  • Completion of Prime Core Competencies Exam with a score of 80% or higher.
    • \n
  • Completion of Prime Skills Checklist.
    • \n
  • Completion of Prime Basic Pharmacology Exam with a score of 80% or higher.
    • \n
  • Completion of Prime Specialty Exam with a score of 80% or higher.
    • \n
  • Driver's license, State ID, or Passport required for onboarding.
    • \n
  • Prime OIG check required.
    • \n
  • Prime Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel test) within 60 days of start.
    • \n
  • Prime Color-blind test must be completed annually.
    • \n
  • Prime Agency Attestation required.
    • \n
  • Prime SAM/EPLS exclusion check required.
    • \n
  • COVID-19 vaccination (2 doses and booster) or declination required.
    • \n
  • Proof of MMR immunity (2 vaccines or positive titer).
