Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with various physical, cognitive, and emotional impairments

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective rehabilitation strategies

• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions, including but not limited to occupational, physical, and speech therapy

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and communicate with patients, families, and caregivers to facilitate successful treatment outcomes

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, treatment plans, and rehabilitation goals

• Participate in staff development and continuing education to stay current with best practices and evidence-based research

Requirements

• Experience in a rehabilitation setting (new graduates welcome to apply)

• Current licensure in the state of Massachusetts (or eligibility for licensure)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
