ABA Registered Behavior Technician RBT - Lafayette Co

Job Summary: Must be Bilingual in Spanish

Kiwi Kids ABA is seeking a talented and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team in Broomfield, CO. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions, working closely with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, to promote positive behavior change and skill development. Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision

• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills

• Use positive reinforcement to support behavior change

• Collect simple data to track progress

• Support independence with ADLs as appropriate

• Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality

Requirements:

• RBT certification

• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional

• Strong communication skills
