Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
  • Record and report on client progress and behavior data.
  • Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
  • Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with families and team members.
 
Requirements:
  • Completion of onboarding documents.
  • Resume.
  • Up-to-date negative TB test.
  • Credentialing documentation (per state requirements).
 
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma (must provide transcripts).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic work setting.
