Job Description
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Part-Time Opportunities Available
At Alight Behavioral Therapy, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), we provide personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, all designed to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential. As an RBT with our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of these amazing individuals.
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and provide positive reinforcement strategies to promote social, communication, and adaptive skills
Collect and maintain accurate data on client progress and report to supervisors
Participate in consultations with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to refine treatment plans and ensure effective delivery
Maintain a safe and healthy therapeutic environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures
Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure seamless continuity of care
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (or pursuing) or equivalent experience
Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Ability to maintain accurate records and maintain confidentiality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work a part-time schedule with varied hours, including weekends and evenings
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
