Behavior Technician (BT) / ABA Therapist

Immediate Afternoon Availability Needed – Enhanced Hourly Rate Available

Through compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we help children, adolescents, and young adults build meaningful skills that improve independence, communication, and quality of life.

We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Behavior Technicians (BTs), ABA Therapists, and Behavior Therapists to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in psychology, special education, child development, human services, mental health, or healthcare careers.

We currently have an immediate need for staff availability during afternoon hours and are offering enhanced hourly compensation for candidates able to support these schedules.

Compensation:
$23-32/hour

Employment Type:

Flexible scheduling available

Current openings include:
  • Morning shifts
  • Afternoon shifts
  • Evening shifts
Additional compensation may be available for afternoon availability.

What You'll Do
  • Provide one-on-one and small-group ABA therapy services
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
  • Collect and record data on client progress during each session
  • Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and clinical team members
  • Maintain professional, ethical, and confidential client interactions
  • Ensure client safety and promote positive learning experiences across home, center, and community settings

Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year of experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
  • Degree or coursework in Psychology, Special Education, Human Services, Child Development, Education, Social Work, or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation and proof of vehicle insurance
  • Ability to work independently while following clinical direction and treatment plans
