Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Make a Difference in Children's Lives!

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families. Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA therapy protocols under the supervision of a BCBA
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
• Monitor and record client progress, providing data-driven feedback to BCBA's
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to case conceptualization and treatment planning
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment, adhering to Move Up ABA's highest standards of care

Requirements:

• Currently certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or post-secondary education preferred
• 1 year of experience in the field of ABA or a related field
• Ability to work PART-TIME schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
