Network Consultant

Network Consultant | Ft. Myers / Naples, FL

Are you the person everyone calls when the network goes down, a server acts up, or Microsoft 365 decides to have a moment? We're partnering with a growing technology team looking for a Network Consultant who enjoys solving problems, building client relationships, and keeping businesses running smoothly.

In this role, you'll work directly with clients, troubleshoot networks and servers, support Microsoft environments, and recommend solutions that improve performance, security, and reliability.

What You'll Be Working With:

• Microsoft 365 & Entra ID
• Active Directory
• DNS/DHCP
• LANs, VLANs & NAT
• Windows Server
• Hyper-V
• Windows 10 & 11

What We're Looking For:

• Strong networking and server troubleshooting experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to identify issues and deliver practical technical solutions
• Experience supporting workstations, servers, and network infrastructure
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
