We are currently hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and community settings

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Collect and record session data and complete detailed progress notes

• Support skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs

• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and caregivers

• Create a structured, positive, and engaging therapeutic environment

For RBT Candidates:

• Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

For BT Candidates:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in a related field preferred

• Willingness to obtain RBT certification (training support may be available)

For All Candidates:

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Comfortable working with children and/or adolescents

• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)

• Competitive pay: $20.00–$26.00 per hour
