What You’ll Be Doing (aka what you’re already great at):

• 1:1 + small group ABA therapy (NET + structured teaching)

• Implementing behavior plans designed by BCBAs

• Tracking progress + data collection

• Collaborating with families + caregivers

What You Need:

• Active RBT certification

• Driver’s license + background check

• Ability to stay physically active (lift, push, pull up to 50lbs, ability to stand up from the floor quickly, actively engage in physical activities with clients such as jumping in place, and stretching)
