CBT (Certified Behavior Technician) or RBT (Registered Behavior Technician)

• Current Washington State CBT or RBT Certification (or eligibility to obtain it)

• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities/ ABA (preferred)

• Strong communication and organizational skills

Work Location:

• In-home and in-clinic sessions in DuPont, WA and surrounding areas
  
  

General Time Blocks:

• Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (part-time and full-time within these hours)

As a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a key role in providing compassionate and evidence-based care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Working under the supervision of a licensed clinician (BCBA), you will help clients work toward meaningful progress using applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under clinical supervision

• Accurately collect and report session data

• Ensure client safety, dignity, and privacy (HIPAA)

• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to deliver high-quality care

• Job Type: Part-time and full-time

• Pay: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
