Industrial Equipment Operator - Extrusion and Molding

What you’ll tackle

1. Start production lines and dial in the correct speeds on extrusion equipment for consistent flow.
2. Verify dimensions and quality using micrometers, calipers, and a tape measure to meet customer requirements.
3. Weigh, label, and record finished items; package and palletize for outbound shipments.
4. Support machine set-ups and perform small mechanical repairs as needed.
5. Maintain a clean, organized work area throughout the shift.
6. Follow all safety rules, complete required training, and wear PPE without exception.

Must-haves

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Skills:
  • Shop math mastery: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals.
  • Confident reading a tape measure and weight scale.
  • Strong written and verbal communication for documentation and coordination.

Physical requirements

• Stand or walk up to 100% of your shift.
• Lift/exert force: occasionally up to 50 lbs, frequently up to 40 lbs, and regularly up to 30 lbs.
