Registered Behavior Technician Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

• Implement treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Track client progress through accurate data collection.

• Collaborate with families and the care team to create the best outcomes.

• Foster a safe, nurturing environment that supports growth.

Registered Behavior Technician Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $22 - $31/hour

• Full-Time or Part-Time Available (Morning cases!)

• Flexible Shifts — We’ll work with your schedule.

• Location: Littlestown, Pennsylvania 17340

Registered Behavior Technician Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have or be willing to obtain your RBT certification.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.

• Prior experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus.

• Ability to pass a background check.

• Reliable transportation for local travel.
