As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals to deliver high-quality services.
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated RBT to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. As an RBT at [New Patterns ABA VA], you will work with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, providing one-on-one behavioral support and implementing evidence-based treatment plans. This is a per diem position, with flexible scheduling to accommodate our clients' needs.
**Responsibilities:**
* Implement behavioral interventions and treatment plans developed by BCBAs and other professionals
* Work one-on-one with clients, providing individualized support and training
* Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
* Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to develop and refine treatment plans
* Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and company policies
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
* Current RBT certification from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
* Minimum 1 year of experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
* Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility and adaptability in scheduling and work environment
