Job Description
If you love working with kids and want to kickstart a meaningful career in healthcare or education, you’re in the right place. Aspire is seeking dependable, energetic Behavior Technicians to join our team in Dane County. No prior ABA experience? No problem -- we provide full, paid training to get you certified. Because we are a unique, multidisciplinary clinic, you’ll work alongside and learn from experts in ABA, Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy. If you are looking for a supportive, family-run culture where your daily "to-do" list involves playing games, celebrating small victories, and helping kids thrive, we want to meet you.
As a Behavior Technician (BT) at Aspire, you are a vital member of a new and growing team who delivers 1:1 treatment for our clients (kids!). You will directly support the success and development for our clients and their families. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you'll guide children through fun, skill-building activities that promote growth and reduce challenging behaviors.
