Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: He is basically immobile. My mother lives there as well but cant take care of him. They are looking for a live-in nurse to be there basically all the time. About the care needs: Someone easy going but talkative. A good listener because my mother will also want to talk a lot. The person will need a good sense of humor and positive attitude. Just trying to keep dad in the home but he is unable to do much of anything. He is nearing the end of life so someone who can help him transition well. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
