Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: She is having to walk with a walker now and is having medical issues. About the care needs: I would like for someone to check in on her a few times a week just to see if she needs any help at the house or if she needs them to make a trip to the store. It may need to occur on an as needed basis. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
