Babysitter Needed for my Children

I am looking for a caring and responsible nanny to love my baby like their own! She will be around 4 months old when the job starts and is (so far) an incredibly happy and easy baby. Keeping her entertained, helping her learn, and getting her on a schedule will be really important, so I am hoping to find a nanny with infant experience. I work from home and will be available if anything is needed but I will never in the way! The schedule might vary on some days, but usually it'll mean that you can start late/leave early and not the other way around.
