Babysitter Needed

We have a 6-month-old son (born Jan 2026). I work from home most days so we are looking for someone to watch him while I work. I will occasionally need to go into the office so we are also looking for someone who can be flexible with days/times depending on when my own schedule changes (would be within normal business hours, M-F). We have a dog but she would stay in the back room, and you would not be responsible for any of her needs. My husband starts parental leave in October, but we are hoping to establish a working relationship that can continue on an as-needed basis if possible.
