Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

I'm looking for a bubbly, reliable part-time (student is great! I can work around your schedule) to help with my energetic 4-year-old daughter. We're a bit "crunchy" and keep things natural and simple. I'm looking for someone who will be very present- limited tech- and can just encourage and follow her free spirit and have fun. I'm very big on just letting kids be kids, someone who keeps her safe and happy without overanalyzing will be a great fit.
