Full-Time • Part-Time All Shifts | Day, Evening, & Overnight Shifts (7a-3p, 3p–11p & 11p–7a)

Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehab is seeking compassionate and dependable CNAs to join our team in Millersburg, PA. We are currently hiring for the day (7a-3p), evening (3p–11p) and overnight (11p–7a) shifts. Whether you’re an experienced CNA or just starting out, you’ll find a welcoming team and supportive environment here.

Rate: $21.00-$24.00/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff

• Provide care in accordance with individualized care plans

• Support residents with therapeutic, dementia, and wound care needs

• Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

• Offer kind, respectful, and patient-centered care at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid PA CNA certification (required)

• Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset

• A genuine passion for helping others

• Experience in long-term care preferred, but not required
