Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nursing Home Administrator LNHA to lead our team. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee the daily operations of our nursing home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents while fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall management of the nursing home, including administrative, clinical, and operational responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as company standards

• Collaborate with the medical staff, nursing staff, and other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of care

• Manage and develop staff to optimize performance, patient satisfaction, and employee engagement

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and the community

• Monitor and analyze quality indicators, including patient care outcomes, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards

• Participate in strategic planning and budgeting to optimize facility operations and growth

Requirements:

• Licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Illinois

• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, residents, and families

• Ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment

• Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations governing nursing homes
