We are seeking a highly energetic and motivated Activities Aide to join our Activities Department on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and accepting climate for our residents, inspiring and motivating them to participate in various activities.

Responsibilities:

• Work independently on units with residents, organizing and implementing activities tailored to their needs

• Utilize musical talent (although not necessary) to enhance resident engagement and entertainment

• Adapt and modify activities to meet the changing needs and abilities of residents

• Minimize paperwork required for job duties, allowing you to focus on what matters most - resident care

• Collaborate with the Director of Activities to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

• Ability to inspire and motivate others

• Positive attitude and energetic demeanor

• Willingness to work directly with residents, often independently

• Ability to adapt and modify activities to meet the needs of residents
