Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Location: Lakeland, FL
Shifts: All Shifts Available
Salary: $17–$19/hour based on experience

As a CNA, you’ll play a vital role in providing compassionate, hands-on support while working in a welcoming and team-oriented environment where your dedication is appreciated.
Key Responsibilities:Provide compassionate daily care including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, and other activities of daily living
Assist residents safely with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to ensure comfort and dignity
Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents and staff
Accurately document resident care, observations, and progress to support quality care and communication
Respond promptly and professionally to resident needs and requests
Work collaboratively with nurses and the healthcare team to deliver outstanding resident care
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Florida
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to caregiving
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Prior nursing home or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy
