As a key member of our care staff, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care Programs. Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and incontinence care

• Implement resident plans of care and document nursing services
